America broadside, 1899 May 2.

The "America" was a steamboat owned and captained by LeVerrier Cooley, a native of Savannah, Illinois, and later a resident of New Orleans, La. Broadside announces a celebration at Camden, Arkansas, for the maiden voyage of the "America". Broadside is accompanied by a sheet of letterhead paper and two envelopes (n.d.) with illustrations of the Mississippi River cotton packet in New Orleans and Vicksburg, Miss.
